Terms for AutoInsight digital services, subscriptions, prepaid access, and one-time digital reports.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AutoInsight, including the AutoInsight website, web application, browser extension, digital subscription access, prepaid digital access, and one-time digital report products.

AutoInsight is operated by Zuiev Dmytro (AutoInsight, we, us, or our). AutoInsight is a digital service. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

1. AutoInsight products and services

AutoInsight provides digital vehicle research, auction workflow support, and report generation tools. Depending on availability, AutoInsight may offer:

  • Broker Pro Monthly: an auto-renewing digital subscription;
  • Broker Pro 30 Days: one-time prepaid digital access;
  • Broker Pro 365 Days: one-time prepaid digital access;
  • AI Basic Report: a one-time digital vehicle research report;
  • OEM Window Sticker Report: a one-time digital report or PDF where available;
  • vehicle-history-style reports, where available;
  • AI-assisted lot or auction analysis reports, where available.

Reports and access products are delivered digitally through your AutoInsight account. No physical product is shipped.

2. Account requirements

You may need an AutoInsight account to purchase, receive, and access digital products. Some features require a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that the information you submit, including vehicle and VIN information, is accurate.

Report access is tied to the AutoInsight account that purchased or generated the report unless AutoInsight expressly provides another access mechanism.

3. Digital reports are research aids

AutoInsight reports are research aids only. They are not vehicle inspections, appraisals, title guarantees, ownership guarantees, insurance advice, legal advice, financial advice, or official government or OEM records unless expressly stated.

AutoInsight reports may rely on available third-party, OEM, auction, government, reseller, marketplace, vehicle, or other source data. Availability, completeness, format, timing, and accuracy may vary by VIN, make, model, year, country, source, provider, reseller, and data availability.

You should independently verify important vehicle information before making a purchase, sale, bidding, financing, insurance, registration, repair, import/export, or legal decision.

4. Third-party, provider, and reseller source data

Some AutoInsight report products may use third-party, provider, or reseller data. AutoInsight may incur non-refundable provider or reseller costs when report generation, retrieval, processing, or delivery begins.

We do not guarantee that a specific third-party, OEM, auction, government, reseller, marketplace, or other source will provide a desired record for every VIN or vehicle. A report may contain limited information if the underlying source data is limited, unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or formatted differently than expected.

5. Prices, currency, and taxes

Prices are shown before checkout. The checkout flow shows the applicable product, price, currency, and whether the purchase is recurring, prepaid, or one-time.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that apply to your purchase unless they are collected by AutoInsight or the payment provider at checkout.

If AutoInsight is not VAT-registered at the time of purchase, invoices or receipts may not show VAT. Tax treatment may change if AutoInsight's registration status changes. Current VAT status: Not VAT-registered.

6. Payments

AutoInsight may use Stripe and other payment providers to process payments. Payment provider availability can vary by product, country, currency, risk controls, and operational readiness.

For paid one-time report products, AutoInsight may authorize your payment first and capture payment only after the report is ready for digital delivery. If the purchased report cannot be delivered, AutoInsight will cancel the authorization or refund the captured payment, as applicable.

Starting checkout or returning from a payment provider page does not itself grant access or prove payment. Access and report fulfillment are granted only after server-side payment confirmation and reconciliation.

7. Subscriptions

Broker Pro Monthly is an auto-renewing digital subscription. It renews until cancelled. The renewal price, billing interval, and currency are shown before checkout.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page through the Stripe Customer Portal, or by contacting AutoInsight support.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Deleting your AutoInsight account, signing out, uninstalling the browser extension, or stopping use of the service does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription. You must cancel through the Billing page, Stripe Customer Portal, or AutoInsight support.

8. Prepaid digital access

Broker Pro 30 Days and Broker Pro 365 Days are one-time prepaid digital access products. They do not automatically renew.

Prepaid access begins after payment confirmation. If you already have active prepaid access, the purchased period may be added according to AutoInsight's prepaid access rules.

Unused prepaid time is generally not refundable once access begins, except where required by law or as described in the Refund Policy.

9. One-time digital report orders

Before ordering a report, you must review the product description, price, currency, delivery summary, refund summary, and any product-specific limitations shown in the payment flow.

For VIN-based report products, you are responsible for confirming that the VIN and vehicle/order details shown before payment are correct. If you order a report for the wrong VIN or vehicle after confirming those details, a delivered digital report may not be refundable except where required by law or where the issue was caused by AutoInsight's error.

After payment authorization or payment confirmation, AutoInsight may begin generating, retrieving, validating, processing, storing, or delivering the report. For provider-backed or reseller-backed report products, AutoInsight may incur provider or reseller costs once generation, retrieval, processing, or delivery begins.

10. Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you may have rights under applicable law.

For immediate digital content or immediate digital service delivery, AutoInsight may ask you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw once performance, generation, retrieval, processing, or digital delivery begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Refunds, delivery, and cancellations

12. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use AutoInsight for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
  • attempt to bypass billing, access controls, rate limits, report delivery controls, or provider restrictions;
  • resell, redistribute, scrape, bulk export, or commercially exploit reports or source data unless AutoInsight expressly permits it in writing;
  • use AutoInsight to make automated high-volume requests that degrade the service or violate provider terms;
  • submit false, misleading, or unauthorized payment, identity, account, or vehicle information;
  • interfere with the security or operation of AutoInsight.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is involved in abuse, fraud, payment risk, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

13. Intellectual property

AutoInsight and its software, user interface, workflows, generated layouts, branding, and documentation are owned by AutoInsight or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, AutoInsight grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and access purchased digital products for your own lawful business or personal use.

AutoInsight reports may include or be based on third-party data. Third-party data remains subject to applicable third-party rights and restrictions.

14. Service availability and changes

AutoInsight may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, report sources, payment methods, and product availability. We may change product availability when providers, sources, regulations, risk controls, or operational constraints change.

We aim to provide reliable digital delivery, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoInsight provides the service and digital products on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that vehicle data is complete, current, error-free, or available for every VIN. We do not guarantee that use of AutoInsight will produce any particular commercial, legal, financial, insurance, registration, bidding, purchase, sale, or repair outcome.

16. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoInsight is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made based on incomplete or unavailable vehicle source data.

For business customers, and to the extent permitted by law, AutoInsight's liability for a paid product is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

17. Support and disputes before chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge, cannot access a report, believe you were charged twice, or want to cancel a subscription, contact AutoInsight support first at support@autoinsight.pro.

We can investigate payment status, report delivery, access logs, subscription status, and refund eligibility faster when you provide your account email, order reference, payment reference, report type, and VIN or vehicle reference.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

For business customers, disputes are subject to the competent courts at AutoInsight's business seat to the extent permitted by law. For consumers, mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
