This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for AutoInsight subscriptions, prepaid access, and one-time digital report orders.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under your local law.

1. Recurring subscriptions

Broker Pro Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal from the Billing page in your AutoInsight account. You can also contact support@autoinsight.pro for help.

Unless otherwise shown in the portal or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You normally keep access until the end of the paid period.

2. What does not cancel a subscription

The following actions do not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription:

  • deleting your AutoInsight account;
  • signing out;
  • uninstalling the browser extension;
  • stopping use of the service;
  • deleting local browser data;
  • removing a saved vehicle or selection.

You must cancel through the Billing page, Stripe Customer Portal, or AutoInsight support.

3. Prepaid access

Prepaid access is a one-time fixed-term digital access product. It does not renew automatically and therefore does not require cancellation.

You can stop using the service at any time, but unused prepaid time is generally not refundable except as described in the Refund Policy or required by law.

4. One-time digital report orders

A one-time report order may be cancelled before generation, retrieval, provider processing, reseller processing, AI-assisted analysis, validation, storage, or delivery begins if the order has not yet been fulfilled and provider/reseller costs have not been incurred.

For paid report products, AutoInsight may cancel the authorization automatically if:

  • the report cannot be delivered;
  • the authorization expires;
  • risk review fails;
  • technical recovery determines that fulfillment cannot be completed.

After digital report generation, retrieval, provider processing, reseller processing, AI-assisted analysis, validation, storage, or delivery begins, cancellation may no longer be available except as required by law or as described in the Refund Policy.
