Delivery Policy
Delivery policy for AutoInsight digital account access and one-time digital reports.

1. Digital delivery only
AutoInsight reports, subscriptions, and prepaid access products are delivered digitally through your AutoInsight account.
There is no physical shipping, shipping carrier, tracking number, physical return, or physical delivery address.
2. How reports are delivered
Report delivery is completed when the purchased digital report is made available to the customer in their AutoInsight account, owned reports list, report activity, selection or lot reports panel, or another account report surface, with an available action such as Open HTML report, Open PDF, Open OEM PDF, Download PDF, or an equivalent report access action.
The customer does not need to open, view, or download the report for delivery to be completed. Opening, viewing, or downloading the report is optional customer activity and may be recorded as additional usage evidence, but it is not a condition of report delivery.
AutoInsight may also send an in-app notification or email notification when a report is ready.
3. Delivery timing
Some reports may be available shortly after payment authorization or confirmation. Other reports may require automated generation, source checks, third-party data retrieval, provider processing, reseller processing, AI-assisted analysis, PDF validation, storage, or other fulfillment steps.
For paid one-time report products, AutoInsight normally authorizes payment first and captures payment only after the report is ready for digital delivery.
If the purchased report cannot be delivered, AutoInsight will cancel the authorization, release the AI units reservation, or refund a captured payment as applicable and as described in the Refund Policy.
4. Source availability
Vehicle data, OEM window stickers, vehicle-history-style records, auction records, government records, third-party records, reseller data, marketplace data, and AI-assisted analysis inputs may vary by VIN, make, model, year, country, provider, reseller, and source availability.
A report may contain limited information if the underlying sources do not provide more data.
5. Access requirements
To receive and access digital products, you must have an AutoInsight account, a verified email address where required, and must comply with the Terms of Service.
Report access is tied to the account that purchased or generated the report unless AutoInsight expressly provides another access method.
6. Delivery evidence
For security, fraud prevention, support, refund review, and payment dispute handling, AutoInsight may record digital delivery and access events, including report availability, report open events, download events, timestamps, account identifiers, order identifiers, IP address, IP hash, user-agent, asset identifiers, and related technical metadata.
7. Delivery problems
If a purchased report appears in your AutoInsight account or report panel with an available Open or Download action, it has been delivered.
If you believe a report was not delivered or you cannot access a delivered report, contact support@autoinsight.pro and include:
- your AutoInsight account email;
- order ID or payment reference, if available;
- report type;
- VIN or vehicle reference;
- screenshot or description of the issue.
Keep the order, receipt, and report references available when you contact support.
