1. Before contacting your bank

If you do not recognize a charge, cannot access a report, believe you were charged twice, or want to cancel a subscription, contact AutoInsight support first.

We can investigate payment status, report delivery, access logs, subscription status, and refund eligibility faster when you include your account email and order reference.

2. What to include

Please include:

  • your AutoInsight account email;
  • order ID, payment reference, or Stripe receipt if available;
  • report type or subscription/access product;
  • VIN or vehicle reference, if applicable;
  • screenshot or description of the issue.

4. Billing and subscription help

You can manage recurring subscriptions from the Billing page in your AutoInsight account through the Stripe Customer Portal.

5. Report delivery help

If a purchased report is not visible in your account, contact support and include the VIN, report type, and order reference.

6. Response expectations

Support requests are reviewed by AutoInsight. Complex payment, provider, report, or dispute issues may require checking account records, payment provider records, delivery logs, and report generation logs.

We do not publish a public support phone number. Use support@autoinsight.pro for support requests.
